Abstract

It's been a long time since a helicopter from Omaha, Neb, made it into Air Medical Journal, and although a lot of things have changed since then, service to this small city and surrounding areas has continued for 25 years. LifeNet Air Medical Services' roots began with the former St. Joseph's Hospital's LifeFlight program and the former University of Nebraska Medical Center's SkyMed program.
